Model HLE (Electric Only)
The Harlan Model HLE is a fully electric baggage tractor built for light-duty baggage and cargo handling. Powered by an 80V lithium-ion battery and a high-efficiency AC motor, the HLE delivers longer duty cycles, low maintenance, and zero emissions, offering a more eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional fuel-powered equipment.
With a standard drawbar pull of 5,000 lb (22.2 kN), the HLE provides dependable towing power for ramp operations. When equipped with the optional pushback package, it can safely handle regional jet pushbacks up to 100,000 lb (45,359 kg).
Optional features include a complete cab assembly with heat/defrost, LED headlights and turn signals, mirrors, beacons, multiple hitch configurations, and suspension-style seats—making the HLE a flexible, zero-emission solution for modern ground handling operations.
