Yes, Harlan offers a range of accessories and hitch configurations designed to meet different ground support needs. Options vary by model and include drawbars, tow hitches, and other functional add-ons.

Harlan offers a variety of front and rear hitch configurations, including three-tier, E-hitch, and standard tow hitch setups. Custom hitch packages can also be designed to support specific cargo, baggage, or pushback requirements, ensuring maximum versatility across your ground support fleet.

Yes. Harlan tractors can be equipped for both indoor and outdoor environments. Optional full or partial cab assemblies are available, along with air conditioning for hot climates and heat/defrost systems for cold-weather operation. Open-cab or canopy-style setups are also available for operations requiring frequent entry and exit.

Most customers can receive their leased tractor in as little as two weeks once all documentation has been completed and verified. Delivery timelines may vary depending on configuration, location, and current inventory.

Shipping & Delivery


Parts that are in stock can often ship the same day if the order is received before 2 PM CST.

For tractors, shipping depends on model, configuration, and documentation. Requesting a quote helps confirm availability and delivery timelines. Many tractors can be ready for shipment within 1–2 weeks once all paperwork is completed and verified. 

Yes. Harlan provides international shipping for both tractors and parts, supported by our global logistics network. For guidance on export regulations, shipping costs, and timelines, please reach out to our sales team.

Yes. Harlan can coordinate direct delivery to airports, maintenance hangars, or other approved locations. Shipping logistics will be arranged during the order process.

Tractors are non-returnable. Harlan works directly with customers to repair or address any issues.

Parts return policy: We offer a 30-day return window for parts (excluding electronic components). Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. For assistance, please contact our warranty or support team.

Warranty & Support


Harlan’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period from the date of delivery. Each tractor is built for long-term reliability, and our warranty ensures your investment is protected against manufacturing defects under normal operation. To submit a warranty claim, please provide your tractor serial number, part number (if available), and a brief description of the issue. Photos are encouraged to help our team assess your claim more efficiently.

Once received, our Warranty Department will review your information and contact you with next steps or instructions for parts replacement or repair authorization.

Regular, documented maintenance is essential to keep your warranty active. Follow the service intervals listed in your maintenance manual and keep accurate records of all inspections and repairs. Completed maintenance logs should be submitted to servicelog@harlan-corp.com.

Service & Maintenance 


Service intervals vary by model and usage but are outlined in your maintenance manual. Following the recommended schedule helps ensure optimal performance and maintains warranty eligibility.

You can request a digital copy of the maintenance and service manual for your tractor model by filling out the Manual Request Form. Manuals include inspection intervals, maintenance schedules, and safety guidance to help ensure proper upkeep and warranty compliance.

All completed maintenance documentation should be sent to servicelog@harlan-corp.com. Be sure each record includes the tractor serial number, service date, technician initials, and notes from the performed inspection. Keeping up-to-date records helps maintain warranty eligibility and provides traceability for future service needs.

With proper care and preventive maintenance, Harlan tractors are built for long-term performance, often exceeding 20,000 operating hours over their service life. Actual lifespan varies based on environment, workload, and maintenance consistency, but all Harlan equipment is engineered for durability and dependable daily use.

Harlan offers hands-on training workshops led by our expert engineers, covering both mechanical and electrical systems. Participants receive instruction on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and—where applicable—electric conversion kit installation. These workshops are designed to extend equipment life, improve reliability, and enhance operator confidence.

Parts


We primarily stock Harlan parts, and also carry select Clark, Tug, and Tiger parts for certain applications.

Yes! If you don’t have the part number, providing the tractor model and serial number allows our team to identify the correct part quickly and accurately. Include any relevant photos if available to help confirm the part.

Lead times depend on part type and supplier availability. Our parts team will provide an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.

Replacement parts can be ordered through our Parts Department or by contacting your dedicated Sales Representative. Provide the part number, tractor model, and serial number to ensure the correct item is shipped. Include your company and shipping information for faster service.

Electric Conversion Kits


Harlan’s Electric Conversion Kits allow you to convert compatible tractors from internal combustion to fully electric operation. The kits include all major components, wiring, and step-by-step instructions, providing a reliable and efficient electric drivetrain while maintaining vehicle performance.

Harlan’s Electric Conversion Kits are engineered specifically for select Harlan models. Compatibility with other manufacturers is not guaranteed and should be confirmed with Harlan’s engineering team before purchase.  

Yes, self-installation is possible. Each kit comes with detailed, step-by-step disassembly and installation instructions to guide you through the process. For added confidence, Harlan offers optional hands-on training at our facilities, where your team can receive one-on-one guidance from our engineers.

Harlan’s Electric Conversion Kits include a lithium-ion battery with a manufacturer-backed warranty, protecting against defects and ensuring reliable operation. Standard warranties on your vehicle may not extend to components replaced during the conversion. For guidance on coverage and support , please contact our Service & Warranty team.

Ongoing technical support is available through Harlan’s engineering and service teams. Customers who complete our training program also gain access to direct troubleshooting assistance.
