The Harlan Model HTBAPV is a versatile all-purpose vehicle engineered for ground support and maintenance operations. Powered by the latest U.S. and Euro emission-compliant engines, it delivers reliable performance while meeting modern environmental standards.
With a 4,144 sq. in. flatbed featuring an anti-slip surface and a 7,000 lb (3,175 kg) load capacity, the HTBAPV is perfectly suited for safely transporting tools, parts, and equipment across the ramp. It offers a standard drawbar pull of 5,000 lb (22.2 kN), ensuring dependable towing performance for a wide range of applications.
Optional features include a complete cab assembly with heat/defrost, mirrors, beacons, telemetry systems, tilt steering, multiple hitch configurations, and suspension-style seats—making the HTBAPV a reliable and adaptable solution for today’s demanding ground support environments.
