At Harlan, delivering dependable ground support equipment on schedule and ready for immediate service is central to everything we do. We are pleased to highlight the successful completion and delivery of Harlan TransCon aircraft tow tractors for the military.
The fulfillment of this 2-year contract reflects Harlan’s ability to meet strict government specifications while maintaining performance, reliability, and delivery efficiency at scale.
Built for Performance:
The Harlan TransCon HTSB

The Harlan TransCon is a compact, low-profile cargo and baggage tractor designed for maneuverability and durability in demanding ramp environments. Its short wheelbase and 132-inch turning radius allow operators to navigate tight spaces around aircraft and within busy operational areas with confidence.
For this order, all units were configured as:
- HTSBGKB40 (TransCon) models
- 4,000 lb drawbar pull capacity
- Kubota Tier 3 diesel engine
- Complete with cab and included climate control
These specifications were selected to support consistent performance, operator protection, and reliability across a variety of operational environments.
The TransCon’s rear coil-spring suspension and low-profile design provide enhanced stability and comfort, helping ensure predictable performance under continuous-use conditions.
